Huddlestone joins Hull

Tom Huddlestone has signed for Hull City from Tottenham Hotspur.

The fee is said to be £5million and will also see fellow Spurs midfielder Jake Livermore move to Hull on a loan deal.

At 26, the Hudd needs regular first-team football at this stage of his career if he is to show he has more to his game than a silky pass.

Huddlestone joined Spurs in 2006 from Derby for £2.5million and went on to make 127 Premier League appearances, scoring 8 goals.

Good luck for the future, Tom.

  1. I FOR ONE AM VERY SORRY TO SEE TOM GO BUT THERE HAS BEEN A LOT MISSING FROM TOM`S GAME SINCE HIS RETURN TO FITNESS I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK TOM .

  2. Sad to hear that HUDD has to leave. Hudd has been a SPURS man all these years. At 26 and not in the type of play in AVB's pattern, it's best for Hudd to move on.
The VERY BEST from SPURS FANS everywhere.

    • He's got talent but he lacks pace for top level football. He's too slow for dispossession recovery putting pressure on teammates.

  3. Real shame he never made it at Spurs , obviously very talented but never stamped his authority on a regular basis and seemed too one paced . Big thanks to the Hudd for his performance against City last year though !!!
