Jermaine Jenas on whether Spurs can end a 10-year wait for a trophy

Jermaine Jenas believes that Tottenham Hotspur will win a trophy this season.

The midfielder was part of the Spurs side that last tasted cup success when he played in the 2008 League Cup final against Chelsea.

Jenas was speaking on BT Sport and claimed that the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg against Chelsea on Tuesday will be at the forefront of Mauricio Pochettino’s mind and that Spurs have a strong enough squad to end their 1o-year wait for glory.

Spurs also find themselves third in the Premier League, in the fourth round of the FA Cup and through to the last sixteen of the Champions League.
