“Just say next season” – Some Spurs fans aren’t impressed with Daniel Levy

Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to the news that the new stadium will not be ready until at last March.

Spurs face Manchester United at Wembley on Sunday in the Premier League, said in a statement that top-flight matches against Watford, Newcastle and Leicester would also be held at the Wembley Stadium.

The home leg of the last sixteen Champions League fixture with Borussia Dortmund along with a potential FA Cup fifth round tie would also be played at the national stadium.

The club were originally scheduled to move into their new 62,062 seater stadium in September for the visit of Liverpool, only for issues with critical safety systems to scupper the plan.

Last month, 6,000 season ticket holders were invited to a fan familiarisation event to sample the facilities in the south stand but many supporters have been left frustrated at the latest announcement from Daniel Levy.

Here’s a selection of reaction from your fellow fans.
