Lord Sugar mocks Arsenal as Spurs remain in the Champions League

Lord Sugar could not resist mocking Arsenal after Tottenham Hotspur qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League.

A spirited performance from Mauricio Pochettino’s side saw them battle back from conceding a goal after just five minutes to score one of their own with five minutes remaining.

Inter Milan’s failure to beat PSV Eindhoven on their own turf meant that they are condemned to the Europa League, while the dream is still alive for Spurs.

The former Spurs chairman took to Twitter to celebrate qualification and to ask Arsenal fans where they are in the Champions League.

Every Tottenham Hotspur player who took to the field at the Nou Camp deserves praise. We had plenty of chances to score and never let our heads drop when we couldn’t get the breakthrough.

Harry Kane’s ball across the six-yard box to set up Moura is also worthy of a mention when under such pressure.

What a night to be a Spurs fan.
