“Love this shirt” – Some Spurs fans are raving about kit design for next season

Photos of a concept design of Tottenham Hotspur’s potential home shirt for next season has done the rounds on social media today with many Spurs fans going into frenzy about the potential of such a kit.

The design is based on the iconic Hummel home shirt from 1986 and has fans feeling a glint of nostalgia.

While it may be no more than a concept design, it is light years ahead of the current Nike ‘template’ kits which we have been wearing for the past couple of years along with what feels like half of Europe.

Spurs are currently in the second year of what is a staggering fifteen year agreement with the US-based company and is worth £30million a year to Daniel Levy (The Sun).

Prior to the current kit deal, Spurs had teamed up with Under Armour between 2012/13 and 2016/17.

Here’s how some Spurs fans have reacted on social media.
