Former Manchester United midfielder has admitted that he would prefer to see Mauricio Pochettino in charge at Old Trafford rather than Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Spurs boss has been continually linked with the United job since the departure of Jose Mourinho on December 18th.

The Red Devils are currently on an eight-match unbeaten run under Solskjaer who has been appointed on an interim basis until the end of the season, with some suggesting that he could get the job on a permanent basis.

However, Ince, who was appearing on talkSPORT revealed he would like to see them instead move for Pochettino.

They may have a difficult time recruiting the Spurs boss after he revealed that he will “stick with the club until the end”. (RTL)

Have something to tell us about this article?

  1. Forget it Ince, Neville, Rooney and uncle tom cobley and all.
Poch is on a mission at Spurs. You’re backing the wrong horse.
And you can forget Eriksen as well. And, er, Kane, Alderweireld,
    Alli etc. etc..
Levy wants to get back to the days (ie up to 1990) when Spurs
were on a par with United, and had always been since the 1950s.
He’s not going to feed the over-bloated red giant anymore, as
we once did with Berbatov, Carrick, Sheringham etc..
