Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to Jose Mourinho’s team selection for this afternoon’s match against Brighton.

It’s an early festive kick off in North London with Spurs fans hoping that the side can bounce back from the disappointing loss to Chelsea on Sunday.

After a quiet game against Chelsea, Harry Kane will be looking to get back amongst the goals.

There have been six Premier League hat-tricks scored on Boxing Day, with Tottenham the only side with more than one (2). Spurs players have scored the last two such hat-tricks in the competition (Gareth Bale in 2012, Harry Kane in 2017).

Summer signing from Fulham, Ryan Sessegnon starts for first time in Premier League for Spurs while Harry Winks and Moussa Sissoko are chosen in the middle of midfield.

There’s no Tanguy Ndombele in the squad, but Erik Lamela is on the bench

Here’s what some fans had to say on Twitter.
