Luka Modric has been voted as the worst La Liga signing of 2012 in a poll by Spanish website Marca.
He was determinted to leave Tottenham during the summer and spoke of his dream to move to Real Madrid, however his dream so far has been more of a nightmare start for the Croatian. We all felt when Modric headed for the N17 exit where do we go from here but Dembele has been absolutely fantastic in the middle of the Tottenham midfield since his switch from Fulham.
Modric cost Madrid around £37million and is understood to have struggled to adapt to life in Spain and last week admitted his switch had been ”challenging”.
The 27-year-old has only started eight league games for Madrid, scoring just one goal.
