Jose Mourinho has paid tribute to Mauricio Pochettino.
The Portuguese was speaking at this afternoon’s press conference at Hotspur Way in front of a room packed full of journalists from all over the world.
Mourinho was appointed as Tottenham’s new head coach earlier this week after Daniel Levy decided to release Mauricio Pochettino of his managerial responsibilities.
After a poor start to the season which has seen the club drop into the bottom half of the Premier League table, Mourinho has been entrusted with turning around the fortunes of the North London side which begins with a trip to West Ham United on Saturday.
Mourinho insisted that Pochettino is a great manager and invited the Argentine to visit at any time to catch up with the players and staff at the club.
He insisted that Spurs will always be home to Pochettino and believes he will go on to enjoy success in his future managerial career.
