“Never drop Rodon” – Some fans react to Spurs first-half performance

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the first half performance against Sheffield United.

The away side took the lead within the opening five minutes of action at Bramall Lane when Serge Aurier’s head met Heung-min Son’s corner kick after a lively start from the North Londoners.

The Blades have been growing in confidence as the half unfolded but Spurs have looked dangerous on the counter.

Heung-min Son was played through on goal by Harry Kane but the South Korean saw his chip narrowly miss the target in what was a big chance to double their lead.

Tanguy Ndombele has once again looked impressive on the ball in midfield, playing a number of sumptuous passes to his team-mates.

Spurs managed to net a second goal after 40 minutes when Harry Kane collected the ball on the turn from Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and finished superbly from distance past Ramsdale..

Here is what some of the North London faithful have had to say about the display.
