Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have been taking to Twitter to share their reaction to the club’s season ticket announcement earlier this evening.
It was revealed by the club in a statement on the official site that there will be an increase to season ticket pricing for the 2020/21 campaign.
The club were quick to state that the increase is below the rate of inflation with a price increase of between £12 and £33 for adult tickets and between £6 and £9 for concessions.
Many fans have reacted with frustration to the announcement and have called for cup games to be included within the season ticket package.
Spurs currently face a battle to break into the top four of the Premier League and are currently at risk of not playing in the Champions League for the first time in five seasons.
The club have set a deadline of May 1st for renewals, before the season has ended or they will be released to One Hotspur + Members on the Season Ticket Waiting List.
