Pav wants changes at Spurs

Roman Pavlyuchenko - Tottenham Hotspur News

Roman Pavlyuchenko has reiterated his desire for “changes” in his situation at Spurs.

The Russian striker has found himself only featuring in the Europa League and Carling Cup this season as he is behind Van der Vaart, Adebayor and Defoe in the striking pecking order.

Pav is now getting worried about the lack of first team football ahead of Euro 2012 and does not want to risk any chance of missing out on the tournament due to the lack of action.

He told sovsport.ru: “I want changes.

“My new situation is not simple at the moment. We’re getting very close to the European Championship. I have to make a decision.”
