“I will agree to any loan deal”

Roman Pavlyuchenko - Tottenham Hotspur News

Roman Pavlyuchenko admits that he loves Tottenham but needs regular first-team football.

The 29-year-old has found himself relegated to only starts in the Europa League and Carling Cup – but despite his superb midweek goal against Rubin Kazan he admits that he is unlikely to start against Blackburn.

If he continues to find himself behind the likes of Defoe, Adebayor and Van der Vaart then the Russian will agree to go out on loan.

“I love Tottenham. The team is like my second family but if nothing changes I will agree to any loan deal,” Pavlyuchenko told The People.

“In fact, to any deal which gives me the chance to play permanently.

“I only make it into the starting line-up in the Carling Cup and Europa League matches.

“That’s the reality. So my goal on Thursday is unlikely to influence my future at Spurs.”
