Photo: Beautiful feature on the new Spurs stadium is activated for the first time

The new Tottenham Hotspur stadium has a slightly different look about it this evening after the sun went down in N17.

The giant Spurs crest which adorns the outside of the west stand has been illuminated in a beautiful combination of navy blue and white.

It is yet another fantastic touch of how the 62,062 capacity seater ground could look on a Champions League night. Previously, the club have shown off how the roof can also be lit at night.

Fans will be hoping for an update from the club in the coming days on whether Spurs will actually play a competitive match at the stadium this season.
