Photo: BT Sport’s disrespectful Tweet ignores Spurs and includes Man City in semi-final graphic

When Tottenham Hotspur were drawn against Manchester City in the quarter final of the Champions League, the vast majority had already written off the North London side’s dreams of progressing any further in the competition.

Despite all the odds, Mauricio Pochettino’s side have progressed to the final four where they will no meet Ajax. However, someone at BT Sport has failed to get the memo in a completely embarrassing social media post.

The broadcaster posted a photo on their official Twitter account at 7:31am this morning which confirmed Tottenham as semi-finalists but decided to feature Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling in their graphic, rather than a Spurs player.

The photo was later removed and replaced Sterling with Heung-min Son.
