Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has taken to Instagram to reveal that he will not be in Jose Mourinho’s squad to face Everton this evening.
The England international misses the Premier League fixture at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after suffering a hamstring problem during Saturday’s training session.
Dele admitted that he is disappointed to be sidelined but is focused on working hard on his rehabilitation to return from injury.
Mourinho admitted on Saturday that he hoped to have the former MK Dons man available to face the Toffees but the match appears to have come too soon (Daily Mail).
The Portuguese also referred to Dele’s history of hamstring problems and revealed that it is something which has the club’s medical department thinking.
