Steven Pienaar’s agent has blasted speculation linking his client with a move from Everton, claiming Pienaar is ‘dedicated to the Everton cause’.
The South African playmaker is out of contract at the end of the season and has been heavily linked with Tottenham Hotspur.
Spurs have reportedly spoken of their confidence in landing his signature, but his agent insists the player hasn’t made a decision on his future yet.
“The player has not made his made up.
“The player just wants to concentrate on his football, I cannot make that any more clear.
“It gets to teh point now, where if i responded to every piece of speculation about Steven Pienaar, i would not be able to do anything else. It would be a full-time job doing that.
“I want to make it clear that nothing has been decided, and Steven is committed and dedicated to the Everton cause, and i think that is evident with some of the fantastic performances he has been producing.
“This is the last time I will be commenting on such speculation. When the time is appropriate, we will make an announcement.”
