Tottenham faltered to their second straight Premier League defeat this season with a 2-1 loss to Liverpool today.

Liverpool maintained their 100% win record after five games, with Spurs now sitting six points behind the Reds and Chelsea.

Another sub-par performance filled with sloppiness, mistakes and fatigue plagued the Wembley pitch today, with very few players doing themselves justice through the 90 minutes.

Michel Vorm - 3

The deputising goal keeper was directly at fault for the first goal as he punched the ball backwards and failed to clear it off the line. Fans would have liked to see him do more to block the ball from reaching Firmino for the second goal too. He also fumbled a number of easy saves, and looked generally uncomfortable out there today.

  1. Spurs were not good today but they also were not over ran as some pundits might suggest. In fact if Lloris is in goal Liverpool would not have scored. That being said there was some woeful performances. How does Eriksen get a 5 ??? Maybe next to Dier he worst player on the pitch, again. A major contributor to Liverpool’s first goal wit another sloppy chicken back-header, only to e compounded by that absolutely time and time again useless keeper Vorm. Why in Gods name are they not using the other fellow who has looked great. This seniority crap must stop. Dembele lost posession a few times but so what for the most part he was doing far more than DIER ,Winks<Eriksen Combined. BAD SUBSTITION BY POCH. YEs he has to be managed time waise so give him next week off entirely. Awful move. Sonny should have been on at half time for the Danish Pastry, Lamela for Dier and Victor for Winks as an option. Winksy only passed the ball immediatkey side ways or backwords for the most part..

  2. I totally agree with Andrew except one thing. My rating for Poch is 2. Vorm, Eriksen and MP are the main sinners.
Why Paulo Gazzaniga is placed behind Vorm in the pecking order?
There are so many unnecessary and error backward passes in recent games. Did you see that? Who taught them this? Should you do something to rectify it?
