Throughout the 2018/19 season, we’re giving you the chance to choose your Spurs Man of the Match.
Spurs were in Premier League action against Liverpool this afternoon at Wembley Stadium and we’re asking our fellow Spurs fans to pick their star performer of the disappointing 2-1 loss to Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side were second best in every department from the first whistle. Every time Liverpool won the ball, they looked likely to cut through us and create an opportunity.
Tottenham are known for their high pressing style, but Liverpool did this to us. Michel Vorm will receive most of the negative headlines and rightly so, however, apart from a couple of players we were below par all over the pitch.
