Predicted Tottenham XI to face Everton

Tottenham Hotspur return from the highs of the events in Tuesday night in Amsterdam when they host Everton in the final Premier League game of the season.

Only a miracle can see Arsenal cause a shock and steal a top four space from their North London rivals. Spurs must lose while Arsenal have to win at Burnley while also wiping out their eight goal advantage.

Spurs have a number of injury issues along with suspensions to deal with for the visit of the Toffees.

Harry Kane is still recovering from his ankle injury and is joined on the sidelines by Harry Winks (groin), Jan Vertonghen (ankle) and Davinson Sanchez (thigh).

Heung-min Son and Juan Foyth both serve the first of their respective three-match suspensions after the pair were sent off in the 1-0 defeat at Bournemouth.

There are also doubts over the fitness of Victor Wanyama and Danny Rose who are both being assessed (Spurs official).

The Champions League final is still three week’s away and it will be interesting to see if Pochettino decides to rest any of his players.

Here’s the team we expect to play.

Walker-Peters Alderweireld Dier Davies

Sissoko Skipp
