Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to the rumours that they could be watching their side in action at Wembley until the end of the year.
The Sun are reporting that Tottenham have made a secret payment to the FA to play at the national stadium for longer than expected due to fears that work at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium will not be completed in time.
According to the report, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has activated an option with the FA to extend the current agreement beyond Saturday’s Premier League fixture against Fulham.
Tottenham fans have paid for season tickets on the promise that they would be watching their side in the new stadium, one game at Wembley is bad enough and now fans have taken to social media to share their views.
So @SpursOfficial have sold season tickets on the premise of a new stadium and have priced them as the highest in world football, only to continue playing at Wembley while knowing the stadium is a million miles away. Daniel Levy you are a parasite.Draining the fans of every penny

Great, I hate Wembley!!! I wonder if we will get a discount on already paid for season tickets if we have to spend another 6 months traping over to that shithole

My nephew who works on the site told me this months ago.

If our stadium isn't ready until 2019 then I'm assuming that @SpursOfficial will offer refunds on season tickets, rather than credits? I bought my season ticket to watch football in Tottenham, not Wembley. Factor in the premium we paid for S/T's too, this will cause uproar!

Paid for Wembley until Jan and the crane workers have had their contracts extended until October. Imagine Levy whacking season ticket prices up from 20% to over 100% for half the season at the new ground ???
