Lo Celso is keen to make the move to Tottenham but both clubs have been unable to agree on a transfer fee, with Betis said to be holding out for around £55million.

Opinion

Spurs certainly need to add a creative player to their ranks before the transfer window closes and it remains to be seen if Levy is trying to play both clubs of against each other in order to get the best deal.
