Tottenham Hotspur could be set to make a summer move for Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes.
The 25-year-old is currently on loan at fellow Premier League club Everton and has impressed during time on Merseyside.
According to The Sun, Spurs are likely to rival Everton for his signature with his future at the Catalan giants looking likely to be coming to an end after failing to make an impact during his two seasons with the club.
Everton did not include a clause in the loan agreement to make the switch permanent which potentially opens the door for potential suitors.
A move to Spurs would be a more attractive proposition for Gomes with the potential of Champions League football, whereas Everton currently find themselves in eleventh place in the Premier League table.
After going two transfer windows without signing any new players, Mauricio Pochettino is expected to recruit during the summer after losing Mousa Dembele to China.
