Tottenham Hotspur are interested in bringing Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger to North London, according to Sky Sports’ Lyall Thomas.
The German international has found himself out of favour under Frank Lampard this season having failed to play a single minute in their opening four fixtures in all competitions (transfermarkt).
Rudiger’s last outing for Chelsea came in the FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal in early August when he was at fault for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s winner.
The central defender is also said to have attracted attention from Paris Saint-Germain with the French giants (Daily Mail) keen on a loan deal with an option to buy while West Ham United are also interested in taking him on loan (The Sun).
Rudiger is said to be concerned about his future at Stamford Bridge ahead of next summer’s Euro 2020 finals.
The 27-year-old hit the headlines last December when he claimed to have heard monkey chants aimed at him coming from the home end of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in am match between the two rivals (Daily Mail)

Have something to tell us about this article?
Utter drivel! Spurs undoubtedly have no interest in bringing Rudiger to the club and clearly Abramovic wouldn’t sanction it anyway. Plus the backlash from Spurs fans would be huge if we even considered buying that lying prick.
