Earlier today Tottenham Hotspur were drawn against Borussia Dortmund in the final 16 of the Champions League.
The fixture is a repeat of when both sides meet in the opening match of the 2017 Champions League campaign that saw Spurs win 3-1 at Wembley.
Tottenham also enjoyed success in the return fixture when second half goals from Harry Kane and Heung-min Son saw Mauricio Pochettino’s side win 2-1.
Dortmund fans certainly haven’t forgotten about the two defeats which played a part in condemning the German side to the Europa League and are seeing revenge on Spurs after taking to Twitter earlier today to react to the news of the draw.
Spurs will play the first leg at home on 13th February and will travel to Germany on 5th March to take part in the second leg.
They currently sit top of the Bundesliga having won twelve of their opening matches, drawing three and are yet to lose a game in their domestic competition.
Here’s a selection of reaction from our German friends.
