Spurs confirm first major music event to be held at the new stadium

Tottenham Hotspur have announced that their new stadium will host a concert by the legendary Guns N’ Roses next year.

The event will be held at the 62,062 capacity seater stadium on Friday May 29th as part of their European tour.

It will be the first time in which the stadium has hosted a live music concert and follows in the footsteps of other major events which have taken place in N17.

The stadium officially opened for the Premier League visit of Crystal Palace in the Premier League in early April of this year.

It has since gone on to host two American Football matches in back to back weekends during October as part of a ten-year agreement with the NFL.

Rugby union and rugby league will also take place at the stadium next year with Saracens taking on Harlequins in March and will be followed by England will playing their final rugby league Ashes Test against Australia on Saturday 31 October.
