Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that they have agreed to send Harvey White on loan to Portsmouth.
The midfielder will link up with the League One side on a deal until the end of the current campaign.
Pompey, who are managed by Kenny Jackett are currently third in the League One table, four points behind leaders Lincoln City.
White made his first competitive start for the Tottenham first team when he played the full 90 minutes of the 5-0 victory against Marine in the FA Cup third round earlier this month.
The 19-year-old was picked alongside Moussa Sissoko in midfield and despite playing against lower league opposition, still showed with he is highly regarded at the club.
White was earlier this month nominated December’s Premier League 2 Player of the Month award.
The midfielder joins Jack Clarke in heading out to get regular first-team football, after the winger completed a loan switch to Stoke City last week.
Harvey White has joined @Pompey on loan for the remainder of the season.
