Spurs confirm striker has signed new contract

Tottenham Hotspur have have confirmed that Troy Parrott has signed his first professional contract with the club.

The Republic of Ireland international who turned 18 earlier this week has committed his future to the North Londoners until 2023.
The teenager, who was on the bench for last night’s 3-2 win over Southampton, had 18 months remaining on his old deal.
Parrott was said to have caught the attention of German giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund following his impressive displays at academy level (Evening Standard).
He was handed his senior debut by Mauricio Pochettino when he started the Carabao Cup defeat time Colchester United earlier in the season and made his first appearance in the Premier League Under Jose Mourinho when he made a late cameo against Burnley in December.
