Spurs eye Rose replacement

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is interested in Paris St-Germain left-back Layvin Kurzawa, according to the Daily Mirror.

The report suggests that Tottenham are prepared to sell Danny Rose this summer, which would leave just Ben Davies as the sole senior left-back at the club.

Rose has been sidelined with injuries for the vast majority of the season and has made no secret of his desire to play “up north” again in his career and made it clear that he considered to be underpaid by the club via an interview with The Sun last August.

The England international has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, who in turn could be prepared to let Luke Shaw depart Old Trafford.

Should Tottenham want to land Kurzawa, they will face competition from Premier league rivals Chelsea and Manchester United.

Kurzawa joined PSG from Monaco in summer 2015, and has made 25 appearances this season — scoring five goals

Personally, I will admit I have never seen Kurzawa in action. However, if he’s anything as reliable as the last full-back we signed from PSG, Serge Aurier, than he can stay in France!
