Despite the many headlines linking Wilfried Zaha with a possible move to N17, the Daily Mail claim that Tottenham Hotspur are yet to register an interest in the player.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move away from Crystal Palace after turning down a new contract which would improve the £100,000-a-week he earns until 2022.
Palace are said to value the winger in the region of £70million and if the Mail are to be believed, he will not be on his way to Mauricio Pochettino’s side with Chelsea said the most likely destination. Apparently, Spurs are instead focusing on trying to land Jack Grealish from Aston Villa.
Zaha would be an ideal signing for us, we need someone who can take a game but the scruff of its neck when the likes of Christian Eriksen are off form. Even when you look at our bench, we are lacking the depth of players who can come on and make a difference.
Spurs still remain the only club in the Premier League yet to make a signing this summer. The transfer window closes at 5pm on Thursday.
