Spurs name price for Harry Kane

Tottenham Hotspur have told Real Madrid that they will need to pay £300 million to sign Harry Kane, according to press reports.

It’s always frustrating as a Spurs fan when you see our star striker being linked with a move away from the club by the media and that is exactly what the Sunday Mirror are doing today.

Kane has caught the eye of the European elite following his record-breaking season, together with his form over the past couple of seasons.

The report claims that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will only begin to consider any offers which are at least in the region of £300million. Yes, Tottenham is a business – but even at this price, considering Kane’s age, we would be crazy to sell him.

The key to keeping Kane happy at Spurs is being in the Champions League and competing for trophies. The ball is in your court, Mr Levy – get that cheque book out.
