Team News: Four players miss the Man City tie; two stars back in contention

Tottenham Hotspur have provided a team news update ahead of tomorrow’s all-English Champions League quarter final second leg against Manchester City.

A Heung-min Son goal in the 79th minute of the match at the new Spurs stadium will see his side take a one-goal advantage into the return fixture.

The club have confirmed that Dele Alli and Erik Lamela are both back in contention having travelled with the squad.

Meanwhile, Harry Winks will miss the match after failing to recover in time from the groin issue that he sustained in training last week which kept him side lined for Saturday’s win against
Huddersfield.

Also missing are Serge Aurier (hamstring) and Eric Dier (hip flexor), along with Harry Kane who suffered a significant ankle injury during the 1-0 win.

Spurs will train at the Etihad Stadium this evening as part of their preparations to book their place in the last four of the competition.
