Team News: Positive Spurs injury update ahead of Crvena zvezda clash

A team news update has been provided to journalists at Hotspur Way this afternoon ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League clash between Tottenham and Red Star Belgrade.

The Serbian side head to London currently ahead of Tottenham in Group B having managed to win one of their opening two fixtures while Mauricio Pochettino’s side have just a single point to their name.

This is the first of a double header against tomorrow’s opponents in what could be a vital fixture for each side in their ambitions to qualify for the knockout stages of the competition.

As expected, Hugo Lloris has once again been ruled out with the dislocated elbow he suffered in the recent 3-0 defeat at Brighton.

Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon have continued their re-integration with training amongst the first team.

Christian Eriksen was also back in training this morning after a dead leg he sustained whilst on international duty with Denmark forced him to miss the draw against Watford on Saturday.

The news was also confirmed by the club a few moments later.
