This is frustrating to watch – Spurs fans react to first half at West Brom

Tottenham Hotspur are looking to cement their place in the top four of the Premier League today, while the hosts West Bromwich Albion need a win to keep their hopes of another season in the top flight alive.

The Baggies have parked the bus for the majority of the first half, while Spurs have had decent chances through Harry Kane and Victor Wanyama, only to be thwarted by keeper Ben Foster and it remains 0-0 at the break. The home side had a decent chance on 40 minutes to take the lead after some good work from Jay Rodriguez, but was unable to find a team-mate with his ball across the box.

There’s no doubt there are there for the taking, but we need to make our possession count and be more clinical in the final third.

Below, we have put together a selection of thoughts and reaction from your fellow Spurs fans based on the first half display.
