Tottenham fans react to Juventus draw

Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting on Twitter to the news that we’ll face Juventus in the last 16 of the Champions League.

The draw took place earlier today and has pitted us against the Italian giants in one of the ties of the round.

There were what appeared to be some ‘easier’ teams we could have faced, but in typical Spursy fashion we pick one of the toughest. However, we’ve already beaten Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund, so what do we have to fear?

Here’s a selection of Tweets from your fellow Spurs fans.

Yes. The draw has fucked us. Just like the draw for the group stage fucked us… ??‍♀

Second leg at ‘home’ is massive. The whole tie will be decided by the first leg imo. Another Madrid performance and we’ll go through.

Bit of a shame that Spurs have to be the ones to retire GianluigiBuffon.

As strange as it sounds, Spurs and Pochprobably prefereddrawing one of the big boys. The club seem to raise their game during these special nights rather than stumble against lesser oposition.#THFC #COYS #ChampionsLeague
