Tottenham have renewed their interest in long-term target Yevhen Konoplyanka, with Liverpool still looking at a potential deal for the 25-year-old according to the Mail on Sunday.
The Ukraine winger is out of contract with Dnipro in the summer and are prepared to let him leave the club for around £7million, rather than lose him for nothing at the end of the season.
£7million would represent good value, considering that Liverpool failed with a £20million move a year ago as they ran out of time amid red tape and payment demands.
According to the report, Konoplyanka favours a move to Tottenham whilst Manchester United, Everton, West Ham, Monaco and Inter Milan are all said to be monitoring the situation.
The winger could end up replacing our current longest-serving player, Aaron Lennon. ‘Azza has found first-team opportunities hard to come by under Mauricio Pochettino and could depart White Hart Lane during the January transfer window.
