Tottenham release new White Hart Lane stadium designs

Earlier today Tottenham Hotspur unveiled the latest designs of the proposed redevelopment to White Hart Lane and it’s looking fantastic.

It was announced by chairman Daniel Levy that the capacity of the new stadium will now be 61,000, rather than the originally planned 56,250. The most exciting part is the single tier stand which will be the largest in the UK with 17,000 seats and will hopefully see us bring some of the fantastic atmosphere which Borussia Dortmund bring to their ground.

The club also have announced a deal with the National Football League that will us them host fixtures in our stadium.

The Premier League club are due to move into a new home in 2018 and will now host regular-season NFL games on an artificial surface which will be installed under the regular grass pitch used by Spurs.

Tottenham, who will relocate for a season whilst the work is completed, have completed a 10-year deal with the NFL that will see them host a minimum of two games a year – with chairman Daniel Levy pleased with what the agreement will mean to the surrounding area.

Below we’ve included some photos of the new designs, scroll through the slideshow by clicking on the numbered buttons further down the page.
