Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has enticed scout Ian Broomfield to return to White Hart Lane instead of joining Arsenal.
Broomfield stunned Queens Park Rangers by handing in his notice at Loftus Road with a move to Arsenal set to be signed, but Levy has moved to scupper the deal.
Broomfield has previously worked at Tottenham under Harry Redknapp and played a key role in bringing Hugo Lloris and Jan Vertonghen to the Lane.
The Sunday Express reported today that “Broomfield had been allocated a ticket for Arsenal’s Champions League tie at Bayern Munich this Wednesday.”
And, “When he learned that Broomfield had agreed the move to Arsenal verbally but not in writing, [Daniel] Levy moved in to offer the super-spy a lucrative contract at his club.”

Let's hope this is one signing Levy has made that isn't a disaster. Record this season not good.
Who cares ? it is only of interest to Levy so he can sell them on when they are superstars, it is only of interest to fans if they stay.
Levy is only interested in making money
