Tottenham’s first two matches selected for TV coverage; kick-off times confirmed

Tottenham Hotspur’s opening two matches of the new Premier League season has been selected for live television coverage.

The first match of the campaign at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium against Everton will take place on Sunday 13th September and will kick off at 16:30 with live television coverage provided by Sky Sports.

Seven days later, Jose Mourinho’s side face an early start with the trip to the south coast where they will face Southampton at St Mary’s. The match will begin at 12pm with BT Sport televising the game live.

Spurs fans will certainly be hoping for a better result at Southampton than what they experienced on New Year’s Day when not only did they lose the match, but also suffered the significant blow of Harry Kane tearing his hamstring.

While supporters are still not permitted to attend Premier League matches, fans could be set to watch each game on television (Daily Mail).
