Tottenham’s home and away fixture dates confirmed for Borussia Dortmund tie

UEFA have confirmed the dates of which the UEGA Champions League round of 16 matches will be played.

Tottenham Hotspur’s reward for qualifying for the next stage of the competition is a two-legged against Borussia Dortmund.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side will face the Bundesliga outfit in London on Wednesday 13th February with the second leg scheduled to take place in Germany on Tuesday 5th March.

It remains to be seen if the home leg will be held at Wembley Stadium or whether the club will have the new stadium ready for opening prior to the fixture on 13th February.

Tottenham are expected to provide a further update to supporters after they receive an update from contractors on Monday 7th January.

Before the club can officially open its doors, they must hold two test events at the 62,062 seater stadium in order to be awarded a safety certificate.

The Premier League match against Manchester United on 13th January has already been moved to Wembley.
