Two of Tottenham Hotspur’s upcoming Premier League fixtures in October have been moved (Spurs official).
The fixtures have been amended as a result of being selected for live television coverage by UK broadcasters and will now take place as follows:-
Brighton (A) – remains Saturday 5th October – kick off is now 13:20 pm – Live on BT Sport
Liverpool (A) – now Sunday 27th October – kick off is now 4:30 pm – Live on Sky Sports
Tottenham will be looking to seek some revenge on Liverpool for the Champions League final defeat in June and the match at Anfield will be a key fixture if Mauricio Pochettino’s side harbour any ambition of challenging for the title this season.
In last season’s top flight fixture, Spurs can agonisingly close to victory when Moussa Sissoko spurned a perfect opportunity to go 2-1 up and was punished in the dying minutes of the match when a bizarre Toby Alderweireld own goal ended up costing us dearly.
