Video: A rare Ben Davies pile-driver puts Spurs back in front at Stoke City

Tottenham Hotspur have reclaimed the lead against Stoke City after seventy minutes of action.

The goal came from an unlikely source when Ben Davies picked up the ball 30 yards from goal and showed a good first touch to set himself up before firing a low shot with his left foot hit the post and nestled into the bottom corner.

Spurs had earlier shot themselves in the foot when they allowed Stoke City a rare attack and were punished when Jordan Thompson finished under Hugo Lloris.

Gareth Bale gave the visitors the lead in the first half with a neat header, with the Welshman being replaced at half time by Heung-min Son.
