(Video) A walk around the outside of the new Spurs stadium provides visual update of progress

Earlier today, chairman Daniel Levy described the delay in opening Tottenham’s new stadium as “disappointing, costly and frustrating” as the club announced details of further fixtures to be played at Wembley Stadium.

All three home Champions League group matches – against Barcelona, PSV Eindhoven and Inter Milan – will be played there at the national stadium, along with the Premier League match against Manchester City which has been moved to Monday 29th October.

The club revealed in a statement it was possible the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium could be ready for the Man City match but that, “in the interests of clarity and certainty”, Wembley was chosen to host the fixture.

We can now bring you a visual update of the progress of the new stadium which was taken yesterday morning.
