Tottenham Hotspur have booked their place in the semi final of the Champions League for the first time in their history following one of the most dramatic nights in the competition’s history.
The game had everything, goals, mistakes and VAR decisions which certainly kept Spurs fans on the edge of their seats throughout the 95 minutes of play at the Etihad.
It looked as if City had dealt Spurs a killer blow in injury time when Raheem Sterling scored, only for VAR to correctly judge that Aguero was offside in the build up to the goal.
After the match, Mauricio Pochettino was visibly emotional with the result and the scenes between him and his players are stuff of legend.
Next up for Spurs is Ajax in the semi final.
