(Video) Drone footage of new Spurs stadium shows interesting addition to roof

Mr. AV has once again taken his drone to skies of N17 to provide us with an aerial update of what’s new and what is different at the site of the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

The footage was recorded earlier today and shows that all three sliding pitch trays now have sand on them and is being levelled into position by plant machinery. What is also intriguing is an interesting cable pattern on the roof of the stadium which could possibly be for LED lights.

It makes a refreshing change to check out the progress of the 62,062 seater stadium after today has been dominated by new kit talk.

There are over 3,000 workers on site at any time as the club work towards the first Premier League game to be held at the stadium on September 15th, when Liverpool are the visitors.

Hopefully, we’ll have some new signings by then, but I’m not holding out too much hope.
