Mr. AV has come up trumps once again with another stunning aerial piece of footage of the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

This time, the footage is taken from further afield to give a true feel for just how big our new home actually is.

Whilst it is a shame that we are unlikely to host Champions League football at the stadium this season after being drawn earlier against Barcelona, PSV Eindhoven and Inter Milan in group B, with Wembley likely to be our home for the duration of the tournament.

On the positive side, we have a stadium to be proud of for generations to come.  The sheer scale of the project is huge, when you consider it is not just a stadium we are building, but also the likes of the club shop and ticket office.

Have something to tell us about this article?

  1. I’ve been a Spurs supporter since 1950 and lived through their ups and downs.
Never having lived near the ground most of my early First Division matches were at Stamford Bridge
which was surrounded by the dog track, I particularly remember seeing Wolves (in their hey day)in a crowd of 70,000. Mum went to school with Ted Ditchburn in Northfleet, Kent. It was thru her interest in following him that I took my interest.
Now residing in Adelaide, South Australia I only follow on EM outlets.
I’m hoping to make a trip to the UK next year and would like to know how I would be able to secure some tickets to visit our new stadium. It would be great to be able to have the full experience, good seats and meal beforehand in one of those flash restaurants.

    Can you help
