(Video) Drone footage shows significant milestone at new Spurs stadium is nearly complete

Mr AV has taken his drone to the skies around the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium to show the significant progress which has been made with the installation of the roof cassettes and it is hoped that all will be fitted by the end of next week.

Next season’s Premier League fixtures are announced on Thursday 14th June, which will give fans an indication on whether Spurs have requested that they play their first handful of matches away from home, should work on the £850 million stadium overrun, which many expect to happen.

The NFL will be hoping that all work and test events are complete ahead of the first American Football game to be held at the stadium on October 14, when the Seattle Seahawks face the Oakland Raiders.

The below video shows that work continues to progress with many more glass panels being fitted to the exterior of the stadium. There are now over 2,500 workers on site at the 62,062 seater stadium at any given time, with work taking place 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
