The goal came when Heung-min Son picked the ball up in the Italian’s half and a great overlapping run on the right from Troy Parrott saw his shot saved by Buffon and Erik Lamela was first to react to tap the ball beyond the veteran goalkeeper.
It has been a good start from Mauricio Pochettino’s side who have looked lively, while Juventus have also had some good opportunities of their own.
Spurs have pressed well and shown a good work-rate, which is something that the manager always requires from his players.
