I’m sure we all breathed a sigh of relief when Harry Kane finally managed to find the back of the net in August with his goal against Fulham last weekend.
Kane’s strike now means that the annoying fans from the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool no longer have this stat up their sleeve when they are busy defending Mesut Ozil or Mohamed Salah.
We have been kindly sent some fan footage from Will which is captured from behind the goal at Wembley and shows the scenes in the home end when Kane finally ended his August hoodoo.
Kane’s goal came from an impressive run from substitute Erik Lamela, who took on five Fulham players before releasing the ball to the England international to bag his first of the season. I’m sure that Salah, Aguero and co are shaking in their boots.
