Recent Spurs signing Giovani Lo Celso was in action for Argentina in their friendly against Chile and had to be replaced after 53 minutes.
The midfielder found himself on the receiving end of a nasty challenge which saw him left on the floor clutching the lower part of right leg.
He subsequently had to be replaced following the tackle and thankfully there seems to be no lasting damage.
